4.6.26 Staff Blog
Class pictures are coming up on Wednesday! Here is the schedule. I am going to work on getting us a different opportunity to get a staff picture so that we can all be in the photo. Please stay tuned!
Please note the following from IT:
The IT department is in the process of installing a new security certificate on all district computers. Our current security certificate expires on 4/19/26. In order to do this we need all Macs, iPads, and Chromebooks to be turned on and connected to the Internet at least once during the week of April 6th. Windows PC's and any other unmanaged devices will need to have a new certificate installed manually by IT. Any devices that do not receive the new certificate by 4/19/26 will no longer be able to access the internet. Please contact your building tech or put in a tech ticket for any questions or concerns regarding your devices.

HICAP UPDATE: ACTION
UPDATED LISTS of ELIGIBLE STUDENTS FOR 26-27 - AVAILABLE NOW!
To help you with your planning for next year, the Highly Capable Department has updated the master spreadsheet of eligible students for the 26-27 school year.
School Rosters can found on the HiCap Staff Portal
Please make note of those students who have NO PARENTAL CONSENT in Column “L”.
Until the HiCap office receives parental consent, that student cannot receive hi-cap services.
Consent forms can be found on the HiCap Staff Portal
NOTE: These lists are live and will reflect changes as students are identified during the summer testing session. Make sure to check your school spreadsheet again at the end of August and in September for updated lists of students eligible for services or class placements.

PRODEV INFORMATION: HELPFUL
To ensure questions aren’t lost or buried in individual staff inboxes, please use the dedicated Google Form for all ProDev-related inquiries. If there are issues with accounts, this form is the most efficient way for us to resolve them. Any emails sent directly to Instruction staff will be redirected to the form so we can accurately track issues and resolutions.
For any “how-to” questions, staff can also contact support@schooldata.net
