Once you have your coffee or tea, I also want to open up some time to listen further to what is on your mind during this time. I know you are all working hard on grading/planning/catching up/collaborating on Monday (1.30), but I am available to meet if you have any time during the morning on Monday. If you have suggestions of improvements/changes I can make to better support you, I would really love to hear from you. If you are not sure if there are ways I can support you more effectively, but just want to check in, I would look forward to that too. I know there is not a lot I can answer right now, but I know I can listen and make sure you know I am here if you need me. Please email me if you are interested, or just stop by if that is easier.
